A 4-Ingredient Immune-Boosting Tea

Our Star Anise & Palmarosa scent had us wondering what other ways we could use these bold, distinctive ingredients. One of our favorite creations was an immune-boosting tea crafted from ginger, lemon, star anise pods, and raw honey.

We love the brightness of this wellness-driven tea's flavors and aromatics. You'll find it pairs well with fresh spring weather and is perfect for the changing seasons. Star Anise Immune-boosting Tea

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of water, or as desired
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • Handful of star anise pods
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Raw honey - we love using locally sourced honey from Taos Honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice ginger into small slices or pieces.
  2. Boil water.
  3. Add all ingredients to water.
  4. Let steep for 30 min.
  5. Remove star anise pods and ginger slices.
  6. Drink while warm and enjoy!
