Yes. It works differently than an antiperspirant. Instead of blocking sweat glands with aluminum salts, Humble handles odor at the source. Cornstarch absorbs moisture. Baking soda in the Original Formula, or magnesium hydroxide in the Sensitive Skin Formula, neutralizes the bacteria that cause odor. Beeswax or candelilla wax holds it together.

• For sensitive skin: Yes. The Sensitive Skin and Vegan Formula was designed for this. It replaces baking soda with magnesium hydroxide and beeswax with plant-based candelilla wax, making it gentler on skin prone to irritation or redness.
• For pregnancy: Humble products can be a good choice. If you want to avoid essential oils during pregnancy, the Simply Unscented line covers all three product categories. As always, check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.

There's an adjustment period, and knowing the shape of it helps.

Week one, most people notice little. Week two, you may sweat more and notice more odor as your skin recalibrates after years of pore-blocking antiperspirant. Week three, the sweating continues but the odor starts to drop as your microbiome rebalances. Week four, most people have adjusted and the deodorant is doing its job. The transition is normal and temporary. Some people skip it entirely.
