Social & Environmental Strides

Our Impact

From ingredients to packaging, internal operations to community outreach, we are always striving to improve how we do business. Below is a summary of our strides.

Simple Ingredients

We lead with plant and mineral-based ingredients in our products and always prioritize Fair Trade and EcoCert ingredients.

Plastic-Free &
Recycled Packaging

Each month, we prevent 4 tons of virgin plastic from entering circulation with the use of PCR packaging. In 2021, we launched biodegradable, plastic-free packaging for our top selling deodorants and new bar soaps. We are currently conducting an internal audit to learn how we can improve upon our packaging.

Powered by the

New Mexico Sun

Since 2022, our headquarters, production and fulfillment facilities have been powered by daytime solar energy.

Shipping Materials

Every Humble Brands order is shipped using recyclable materials. We use paper tape with water-activated corn starch glue (vs. petrochemical glue-based cellophane tape) and plant-based ink.

Your Voice Matters.

In 2020, Humble Brands joined 1% for the Planet which means every purchase supports Mother Earth. Through our partnership with Beam Impact, customers can be a part of our giving process by selecting where we donate 1% of their order.

Tewa Women United

In 2023, we started a local partnership with Tewa Women United. TWU centers Indigenous women and girls to connect with their ancestral knowingness, healing strengths, and lifeways — for the wellbeing of everyone. TWU's programs braid environmental, reproductive, and gender justice in order to build healthy communities in Northern New Mexico. You can find them in our Beam checkout option and learn more about their expanding work here.
