The Position
The Plant Controller will report to the CFO and become the 5th member of our Accounting & Finance Team with primary responsibilities in the areas of Inventory and Fixed Asset Management. In addition, you will participate in building out Humble’s accounting and control environment. This will include further refinement and development of processes and controls for daily transactions, the monthly closing and reporting processes, In the next year, we anticipate retiring Quickbooks Enterprise and upgrade to a full ERP system which you will participate in implementing including the integration of various systems such as Shopify, Amazon, ShipStation Sales Force, and ezcom EDI. You will build out the inventory control environment, improve fixed asset processes, and work with Production, Fulfillment, and Sales to further develop impacted business processes. You will work with the CFO to develop a suite of management and board reports. We are seeking growth funding and you will support the CFO and CEO in this effort.
Inventory & Fixed Assets Management
• Maintain records in accounting system for inventory and fixed assets ensuring that assets are recorded to the proper accounts, reconcile balance sheet accounts to individual listings & valuations.
• Responsible for monthly depreciation of fixed assets, amortization, and inventory allocations.
• Support the Accounting team in the monthly closing process through the timely and complete delivery of information related to inventory and fixed assets.
• Manage periodic physical asset counts and reconciliation between actual and book. Any discrepancies must be analyzed and proposed to solve in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
• Manage inventory & fixed asset acquisition & disposal process.
• Evaluate, improve and maintain processes for inventory and fixed asset management. Identify errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.

• Ability to present financial and other data effectively to drive understanding and decision making
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA or CMA
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting department

Job Type:
Full-Time at 35-40 hours a week. Remote, or hybrid if you are local to Taos. (Hybrid requires a minimum of half time in the office.) *This position is open to current residents of New Mexico, Colorado, or Tennessee. Description:
The Marketing Designer supports the Art Director in the execution of creative initiatives, ensuring all print & online marketing and sales collateral align with the Humble Brands guidelines and standards. With a focus on social media and DTC marketing design, this role is responsible for designing graphic assets for use in print and on digital platforms, creating on-brand, engaging visual experiences across all digital and DTC channels.
Responsibilities Including, But Not Limited To:
• Create on-brand graphics for digital ads, social media posts, and SMS
• Spearhead the creation of email designs and triggered flows within Klaviyo that drive engagement for DTC customers
• Design and prepare files for digital & printed sales, marketing, and educational materials, one-pagers, and promotional postcards
• Create alt images and graphic assets for website and ecommerce platforms
• Select/edit photography (color correcting/retouching when needed)
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
• Attendance and assistance during brand photoshoots
• Photography support with studio product shoots, as well as selection, editing, labeling, and cropping of digital photographs to prepare for print and online use
• Design of various items for promotional use, including branded swag and apparel
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant design experience with a creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment (experience in branding and/or CPG marketing a plus)
• Experience creating optimized, engaging content for email, social media, and websites (experience in DTC, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing a plus)
• Working knowledge of industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with both Canva and Shopify a plus)
• Working knowledge of industry-standard email programs and project management software (specifically Google Suite, Klaviyo, and Asana a plus)
• Basic knowledge of motion design and editing
• Strong sense of design, image manipulation, a keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition
• Possess an impeccable eye for detail, a commitment to consistency, and strong organizational skills
• Can work independently and manage multiple projects while remaining organized
• Ability to thrive in collaborative teams, and be able to take direction in group and 1-on-1 environment
• Highly motivated, creative and passionate about continuous learning & growth as a designer, as well as researching trends and new technologies
• Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills, including an ability to communicate professionally (in-person and via email) and lead with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability and willingness to remain flexible with the evolving needs of a growing company
