Your Wellness Shot for Improved Digestion

This recipe for a digestion-supporting wellness shot is quick and easy.

Wellness Shot Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1cup water
  • 2 tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (we like Bragg)
  • 2 tsp grated ginger or 1 tablespoon of ginger infused water
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1 tsp of raw honey

Instructions

All you need to do is stick all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!

Depending on your palate, you might not find these ingredients to be your cup-of-tea upon the first swig, however, as we've found, it grows on you. If you can keep up the habit, your belly will thank you.
