I work in a hot kitchen all day, and my hobbies are very outsoorsy (gardening, hiking, etc)! When the packaging (or reviews? I forget which) said “a little goes a long way”, I doubted it at first!

This is not my first rodeo with more natural-based deodorants, either. I just switched from Tom’s of Maine’s aluminum-free Mountain Spring, as I’ve been having a harder time finding it, and it’s been making me itchy!

Anyway, I started using this by swiping twice on my pits, and I was sooo scared I’d smell bad halfway through the work day! Totally not the case at all, I worked an 8 1/2 hour shift, anxiety-sweat my 30 minute commute home on an unfamiliar route, AND spent two hours in the direct sun, planting a bunch of bushes in my yard. After aaallll of that, I barely started to smell!

Now, it should be noted that this is just a deodorant, not an anti-perspirant, those are different! I am normally a pretty sweaty person, especially when outside, yet I’ve noticed myself sweating less?? And I don’t shave my pits, or do any other care other than shower. Occasionally, I will spray a witch hazel toner on my pits post-shower (maybe around twice a month?), so that may help with the sweating? Idk, this is an amazing product!!
