Meet our Invigorating Rose + Ginger Mocktail, inspired by our Bergamot & Ginger and Moroccan Rose scents. When the weather warms up, we always crave something refreshing and invigorating. This Rose + Ginger Mocktail is IT.

Invigorating Rose & Ginger Mocktail

Ingredients

Make the Mocktail

  • 2 tablespoons ginger juice
  • Top with your choice of sparkling water 
  • Fresh roses for garnish
  • 1-2 tablespoons rose simple syrup (instructions below)

Rose Simple Syrup

  • 2 oz edible dried roses
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  1. Place the rose petals in a medium saucepan, add water and sugar and bring to a simmer, stirring once or twice.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice.
  3. Simmer very gently for 10 minutes, do not let it come to boil as I believe that boiling will encourage all the essential oil to evaporate, you need the the oil for flavor and aroma.
  4. Turn the heat off and let cool.
  5. Once, cooled store in the fridge
