YES! Every bit, from the paper tube to the silica-derived liner and vegetable cellulose finish is biodegradable.

Our paper tube typically breaks down in 2-5 months, depending on the environmental conditions, such as temperature, air circulation, and moisture.

Nope! Some paperboard deodorant containers are lined with plastic, meaning they are not fully biodegradable. Our liner is made from a verified biodegradable plastic-free liner.

This is a great question. Really, it depends on YOU. If Humble customers and other earth-conscious folks are as excited about our plastic free packaging as we are, then we will certainly expand our scent options in the future.

While the product inside the tube is exactly the same as our other deodorants, you are getting more deodorant in our plastic free packaging, 2.65 oz to be exact. The cost of the paperboard tube also contributes to the higher price. Biodegradable materials are special and simply cost more to produce. It's an investment you can feel good about though, as every purchase makes a difference.

Heavenly subtle scent, works well

First, a beautiful and not overpowering rose scent. I'm in love with this scent. It's good that Humble scents are not so strong that they are like wearing a perfume. I don't want someone standing next to me to smell my deodorant (though this rose scent is perfume-worthy). Also, I'm finding that Humble works very well with odor control. I feel good about the ingredients and switched to Humble because I'm doing my best to stop using plastic for all my personal care and home products. It does sometimes leave marks on clothes if you're wearing a tank top that may come in contact with your underarm. That would not deter me from using it.

Great stuff

I love the packaging, the fragrance could be stronger but is very nice. Super excited that the packaging is biodegradable but wish the product didn’t sink down when pushed on. Also the deodorant goes on a little thick.

Lovely Rose

I've been using Humble deodorant for over three years. It never dries out and becomes scratchy like the other "natural" products I've tried. Does not pull on your skin. Love the change to paperboard tubes so I don't feel guilty over more plastic. The Rose scent is exceptional! It's not fake or overbearing. It smells like a real rose garden-Sweet and a bit spicy. Humble must use high-grade essential oils for their products. Thank you Humble for your great deodorant.
