What's Palo Santo?

Palo Santo is a fragrant wood that has been considered precious for centuries. It comes from a tree native to the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense and Myrrh. It has been used for everything from important shamanic rituals to simply perfuming the homes of natives in Ecuador. Palo Santo, meaning “holy stick”, has become a recognizable part of many Western yoga studios and home smudging stations.

In recent years, the sustainability practices of Palo Santo harvesting have come to the forefront of concerns within the wellness community and beyond.

Our Palo Santo distributor works with an Ecuadorian company owned and operated by an ethnobotanist who is committed to protecting this precious resource. Aged, dead wood is gathered from the forest floor on Ecuador’s Pacific coast, which allows for the production of oil without causing harm to living trees.

Best deodorant I've tried

I got turned onto this deodorant by a friend when I complimented the way she smelled. All of the natural deodorants I had tried in the past were terrible. Some even made me smell WORSE. So I gave up on the stuff a long time ago, but I'm an avid exerciser and I get real sweaty, so I gave this stuff a try and I won't turn back. It smells super good, and actually WORKS. Finally a brand I can stick to (haha no pun intended there) and feel good about. Highly recommend. Only complaint is that it does clump a little, but otherwise I love it.

When it comes to clumping, it can help to only use 2-3 swipes per underarm, as well as rubbing in any excess with fingertips or by doing a swinging motion with your arms. We also recommend applying to dry skin for best results!

I bought this a week ago through there test which was a really nice experience, the shipment was pretty fast so I got to use it a day after ordering. the deodorant has a strong metallic/iron smell but the scent gets better when putting it on the skin where it smells like a sweet flower and incense but the smell dies down and calms and it lasts the whole day and has made my armpit sweat decrease after a workout.
