Reduces Inflammation
Holy basil (Tulsi) is connected to Lakshmi—abundance—but even better, is an excellent anti inflammatory and anti coagulant. In other words, if you want anything touching that area of your body, it’s holy basil. Lavender has anti anxiety properties so it’s an awesome combo. I recommend wearing it at night to get the benefits while you sleep. I slept really well while using it, too. An Ayurvedic practitioner’s dream! Please make this in the environmentally friendly packaging—thank you!
