What's Palo Santo?

Palo Santo is a fragrant wood that has been considered precious for centuries. It comes from a tree native to the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense and Myrrh. It has been used for everything from important shamanic rituals to simply perfuming the homes of natives in Ecuador. Palo Santo, meaning “holy stick”, has become a recognizable part of many Western yoga studios and home smudging stations.

Sustainable Harvest

In recent years, the harvesting practices of palo santo have come to the forefront of concerns within the wellness community and beyond. It can take 10 years for a tree to produce oil. In order to preserve these precious trees, only aged, dead wood is gathered from the forest floor, which allows for the production of oil without causing harm to living trees.

We work with palo santo essential oil that is ECOCERT/COSMO approved.

Product really works

I ordered the Palo Santo Frankincense and love it . Was out in hot sun all day Saturday. I perspired a lot that there was zero odor I’m very pleased. Going to get samples for my daughter,she is a nurse and wants the best protection from odors as well. I have many kinds of non-aluminum natural deodorants in my cabinet, but this one truly works. I would say if you’re skeptical, give it a try.

Smelled amazing, caused a rash

I have never gotten a rash from a natural deodorant before but I have a hard time finding a smell that works with my body chemistry. The palo santo scent is absolutely amazing and lasts all day long, however, it caused a horrible rash and I had to stop using it. I'm so sad because I thought I had finally found the perfect deodorant for me. I might look into the sensitive line by Humble but I doubt anything will smell as good as this did.

Sometimes baking soda or various essential oil blends can cause irritation that occurs immediately or take a longer time to develop. No artificial ingredients

I like the simple ingredient list. I never liked the feeling and smell of mass-produced deodorants. And now that I'm older, I hardy ever find the need; I don't sweat much. I would like to try some other scents, or maybe unscented.

Love it but harsh

I loved the scent and it works great. But after a few weeks my pits have an itchy rash. I'm going to try the sensitive option. Bummed but hopefull the. Sensitive with lower baking soda works
