Remember how we were talking about how hard push-ups are? Well, now we’re taking our workout to a whole new level. For the sake of transparency, I actually haven’t done this yet, but if you’re willing to try, I am too. It looks crazy, but apparently galloping is a full-body workout that even puts even burpees to shame. Plus you look like a cheetah while you do it, which is pretty rad.

Most things in this life are out to destroy our skin, which means we need to always be on alert. We’re all in this together, and knowledge is power, so we share this article with you with in good conscience. Also, can we just pretend that coffee isn’t on the list, even though it is? Fine, coffee may be bad for skin — I’ll admit it!
