What makes this next thing I’m going to talk about such a big deal, is that it has the potential to remove two nasty things that may be in your life: asthma and depression. The answer is cutting out two particular foods. Of course, we’re talking about a best case scenario situation, it might be unfair to expect universally perfect results. Either way, it’s worth trying, just in case it works the same for you too.
