Here is a quick, easy, delicious, and undeniably nutritious wellness shot recipe to get you started on your New Year’s resolution!
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- cup water
- 2 tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp grated ginger or 1 tablespoon of ginger infused water
- Juice from 1 lemon
- dash of cayenne
- 1 tsp of raw honey
HOW YOU MAKE IT:
Basically, all you need to do is stick all the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy! Sure, it might not be the most delicious thing you’ve ever tasted, but your body will love all the nutrient-rich ingredients. If you can keep up the habit, we promise you’ll notice a difference.
