In these green smoothie recipes, we’re going to list out the ingredients, and all you need to do is blend them up! Couldn’t be easier.

1. TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE:

1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
2 cups coconut water
1 cup pineapple
1 cup mango
1 cup ice

2. FRESH GREEN SMOOTHIE:

1 avocado
1-2 pieces of green apple or pear
1 cucumber
2 cups romaine
coconut water
1 tbsp mint leaf
1 cup ice

3. PEACHY GREEN SMOOTHIE:

2 cups baby spinach
2-4 fresh ripe peaches (pitted)
2 tbsp raw hemp seeds
2 cups almond milk
1 cup ice
